Challenge: The PCCC seeks to broaden access to bicycling and its benefits for everyone in the community—regardless of income or background. However, their website was difficult to navigate and didn’t reflect their mission and full range of community services.
Solution: We created a digital hub to showcase everything they offered, championing inclusivity and evolving the concept of “Pedals to the People.” We reorganized the site architecture and added content that let community members know what was available to them at-a-glance.
Results:
-
The rebraded site saw a 30% increase in traffic, reflecting easier navigation and mobile-friendly designs
- The promotional video got 180 views on Vimeo and thousands of plays on their site, highlighting the stories of individuals positively affected by the center's initiatives
- DIY workspace membership increased by 22%, reflecting increased awareness in the community and a more modern website with clear CTAs
